Edgewater apartments.
This is a new development right next to our university. It is a group of apartments that will be sitting atop a line of shops, with a view of the Geelong waterfront.
An overall shot of the site
This view shows us the safety rails extending all the way down the building as well as the footpath that has been closed off for public safety. Also we can see on the right the concrete column connecting to the slab.
Another shot down the side of the building, this time to show the intricate scaffolding which has been tied down and looked to be up with all the necessary safety precautions which is crucial when working at such hieghts.
Here we can see a crane moving a pre cast panel accross the site. Also we are able to see under the top floor, which includes floor joists and bearers.
